What is therapy?
Therapy is a way to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This self-awareness enables you to make the necessary changes to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
The therapist is there to hold up a mirror (figuratively) to who you currently are and help point out patterns, thoughts, behaviors, emotions, or relationship styles professionals are trained to see. Then, together, you devise a plan to implement the necessary adjustments successfully.
At Broom Tree, there is a saying to help simplify this concept:
“Think Better. Feel Better. Live Better.”

Asking these questions to your insurance provider will help to determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
*Payments can be made via cash, check, major credit cards, and HSA.
